DigiForge Manufacturing is a digital manufacturing shop. We machine, print and form custom parts — and we price them online, in the open, instead of making you wait days for a number.

Why we built our own quote engine

Most shops quote by hand. An engineer opens your file, counts the features, estimates the cycle time and adds a margin. It works, but it takes days and the reasoning stays hidden.

We built a geometry engine that does the counting automatically. It reads your CAD file, finds the holes, pockets, threads, bends and thin walls, and prices each one against our real machine rates and material costs. You get the number in minutes — and you get to see every line of it.

What that means for you

• Design feedback while it still matters. If a pocket is too deep or a corner radius too tight, you find out before you order, not after.
• Price that responds to your decisions. Change material, tolerance or quantity and watch the number move.
• No hidden margin games. The breakdown is the quote.

How we work

Every instant quote is reviewed by a person before it goes into production. The engine is very good at geometry; it is not a substitute for a machinist looking at an unusual part. If something in your file needs a conversation, we start one.
